The slot sampler is ideal for taking a large volume, cross sectional sample from a container. The sampler has a robust all stainless steel construction and is suitable for sampling free flowing powders, granules and even slightly cohesive powders.

Suitable for high and low viscosity liquids and suspensions



An all stainless steel sampler suitable for sampling liquids and suspensions. Discrete samples can be taken from known heights within the product.


Specification :

1. Insert the sampler to the required depth.
2. Squeeze handle which pushes the cup away from the lid, allowing the liquid to enter the cup.
3. After filling remove the sampler.
4. To empty the sampler either tip the sampler whilst squeezing the handle or unscrew the collecting cup.

HAND SEA WATER SAMPLER

HORIZONTAL WATER SAMPLERS: Intended for shallow or deep waters, these bottles are called horizontal because they descend, parallel to the bottom. They are pulled sideways just before closing by the operator. This ensures a representative water sample for that specific depth. They are ideal for sampling at the thermocline, at other stratification levels, or just above the bottom sediments.

VERTICAL WATER SAMPLERS: Larger bottles are especially good for collecting small plankton. The wide mouth collects a true water sample with no contamination from other water levels. During descent, the open mouth does not restrict water flow. This makes them particularly suitable for collecting plankton, floating sediments and for use where metallic ion avoidance is desirable.
